Drawing from Nonviolent Communication and Buddhist practices, this series brings us together in community while exploring ourselves and each other, and cultivating courage, curiosity, compassion and humor.

In-person only at McGowan House, the last Saturday of the month for six months beginning March 30 and continuing on June 29, July 27, and August 31. (April and May meetings were canceled.)
