Monterey Bay Zen Center is inviting you to participate in its weekly Zazen & Service and to consider volunteering each time you plan to attend. Your time supports the practice of our community and is greatly appreciated. We invite you to explore the Tuesday evening tasks as opportunity for mindful awareness, quiet and care.
