Your practice vow.

If you are interested in participating in this year’s Ango, please first review, and then complete, the following commitments to the period we have set aside for you.

• The Sunday tea/discussion/class dates are March 8 ➡️ April 26 for 7 or 8 meetings, with Easter TBD. This is your initial commitment.

• More Practice Period activities may be announced within, or outside of, the initial 7 weeks.
