The practice of Oryoki combines ceremonial serving, receiving, and eating practices. It is dance, theater, a ritual practice honoring self and others, and very zen. This introductory class is limited to 5-6 people attending the Villa Angelica sesshin. Call Sara Hunsaker at (831) 915-4736 to reserve a spot. Please bring your own oryoki or $15 to rent a set for the sesshin. Prior to our meeting watch the video from San Francisco Zen Center website.
