Returning Wednesdays weekly beginning August 7 at McGowan House.
The Mid-Week Meditation hour begins with a 30-minute meditation, followed by a quotation or poem and open discussion. All are welcome, come as you are, Zen practitioner or not. We simply gather together for a while...quiet and still in the middle of it all...look into a reading...and go on our way.
