Updated Form September 2024 - for ALL MBZC activities
This detailed form allows for the most timely, accurate, and well-branded activity we can publish and it should help you plan your activity and not leave out important details. Most browsers will remember your previous use of this form (if you have allowed cookies) and should populate text fields for you which will streamline your input next time. Fields with asterisks are necessary to submit a form; those without are optional to submit but may be important details for the public, so don’t ignore them; although using your TAB key will help get you through the list.
Any approved activity with details fully submitted by deadline will be published as promptly as possible (the earlier you submit with alldetails, the sooner the activity will go public.) Consider that media team needs two weeks or more to prepare and get the information online or into the bi-monthly eblasts, and another three weeks at minimum as simple courtesy to the sangha, allowing everyone to plan and budget.
